My blockmates and I were expecting to have no classes yesterday since it’s the UPCAT today but we were all wrong. Too bad. We fed ourselves with lectures from our NatSci1 professor, English 1 & Math 17 teacher.
English 1 was fine. I had fun listening to her while she discusses Sonnet 130 of Shakespeare which talks about a rare love. Rare, in a sense that the persona loved a not so good-looking woman. Math 17 was somewhat okay. I was a bit tired by that time and all I want to do is to sleep, thanks to the rain and the whole gloomy aura.
We didn’t attend our Kasaysayan 1 class because we’re going to watch Noli-Fili Dos Mil at the Peta Theatre at 3PM cause Kas1 teacher said so. So there. Math 17 ended at 2:15 PM, holy eff, 45 minutes to go before the play starts. We took the CP Garcia Road and waited for like fifteen minutes for a taxi to stop on our very spot and deymm, it’s hot that time. I feel so icky yucky — the sun plus the pollution and the sweat. YUCK. Anyways, we managed to get a taxi by 2:30. Hallelujah.
We are all super hyper inside the taxi and I wonder if Manong driver was pissed. HAHA. We talked about our bhead blockmate *and I’m hoping now he’ll not stumble in my blog* Guy A and Guy D and some random stuff. Hypurr. And while taking the ‘i-don’t-know-the-name’ road, we saw a crowd and there’s a commotion! Holy eff, My Girl is having a shooting there! I saw Kim Chiu, Bing Loyzaga and the lolo. Aaaack, I didn’t see Enchong Dee and Gerald Anderson. Err. By that time, we are arguing if we’ll still see the play or get back to the shooting. Well, we chose the play.
3:00PM, we arrived at PETA. Just on time. So there, we watched the Noli-Fili — a modern day adaption of Rizal’s Noli Me Tangere and El Filibusterismo. Teh lead role — Lex Marcos, who plays Ibarra, looks good. Oh yea. One thing that irritated me during the play is the CEU girls who are freaking out every time Lex Marcos is acting. Aaack, grow up girls, so high school. Another thing is the bitch who stole one of my blockmate’s seat. I was really pissed when that bitch said, “Bawal reservations dito, first come first served to.” .. something like that. Gaa, the nerve. Nauna kaya kami dun, bumili lang kami ng food during the ten-minute break.
Anyways, the play was good and definitely the longest play I’ve watched. It ran for like three hours. After the play, I had the chance to have a picture with Kuya Batibot / Epol Apol, who is one of the characters.

I also got the chance to have be beside Lex Marcos while the CEU girls are freaking out. As in effortless na pagtabi. Yes, I’m great. Muahaha.
We left the place around 6:45 PM and arrived at SM North at 7. And holy eff, the line at the terminal going to my place is like the line for the NFA rice cos it’s SM’s three day great sale. So Rose and I decided to take a QC Hall jeep and from there ride a jeepney again going to our place. Arrived home at 9PM and I was really tired. What a day.
[edit] 0804:
HAVE YOU HEARD THE NEWS? Peta was rocked with a grenade bomb yesterday. Holy eff. Good thing we were able to watch the play last Friday.
